Service and food was really good! The staff were really friendly and attentive! The food tasted good and fresh. Pasta was really nice - not too soft or overcooked. Nice portions and filling! Would visit again ! Nice local place. Restaurant looked clean and nice atmosphere to catch up! Thank you to the two girls who served last night - sorry i didnt catch your names but the service was really nice, friendly and made my mum's birthday dinner nice and wholesome!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service! We placed a last-minute order at Product of Italy and even added extra dishes just 5 minutes before closing. The boss Eddie was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming the entire time — no complaints, no rush, just genuine hospitality. The food was delicious as always, and the service truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place for both great food and amazing customer care! By the way, Have a lovely trip in Tassie brother!

Excellent service, lovely staff and atmosphere, and reasonably priced food that is delicious and well portioned! I have been back 4 times in 1 week ordering repeat dishes and new pastas and pizzas; not once disappointed! Thank you, Team! We celebrated my sons first birthday here with family (30 + ppl), and I cannot rave enough about the food, the customer service and the overall feel of the place. We opted for the set menu, and the amount of food was perfect (even took food home). My guests went away content and very happy with the food, even the coffee was great. Wait staff was so helpful and accommodating. It truly is value for money and I highly recommend POI Kellyville for your next event. Thank you to the staff at POI Kellyville who made our event a great experience, from booking it to the actual event - so appreciative of your wonderful work!

My family of over 20 guests recently celebrated my mum's 100th birthday here. It was a wonderful celebration and nothing was too much trouble! Because of the size of our group, we opted for the 2 course menu. There was plenty of food, which was fresh and served efficiently and hot. The leftovers were placed in the fridge for us and given to us on leaving, without us even requesting this. Our BYO champagne and cake was accomodated with no issues and the cake served beautifully! Thanks so much for a wonderful lunch!

The second time here. The wood-fired pizza was crisp and delicious — even the crust was worth finishing! The pasta was well-balanced, flavorful enough without extra seasoning. The place gets quite full during peak hours, which says a lot about the quality, so booking ahead is a good idea. Only small downside: the staff cleared our table a bit too fast — caught me off guard.
